Who: this workshop is a great in-service session for ministry teams or one-on-one coaching session for an individual.
The Issue: When we struggle with spiritual, emotional, or physical resiliency, it's challenging to be effective in our ministry roles.
The Answer: At the Wellness Workshop, your team members will develop individualized plans for health and receive key tools for beginning--and maintaining--new, healthy habits. After the workshop, GIA will provide 30 days of follow-up encouragements to the participants.

Individual Wellness Coaching
Four one-hour coaching sessions in 3 months.
The Issue: Many people benefit greatly from one-on-on coaching assistance and encouragement in setting goals for their spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness.
The Answer: GIA offers a package of 4 one-hour coaching sessions over a three month period designed to fully develop a coachee’s plans for strengthening his or her spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness and resiliency along with maximizing the use of his/her strengths.
Results: Healthier and more resilient ministry leaders greatly utilizing their God-given strengths.
Great Commission Leadership
Two-hour Bible Study, Four-Hour Workshop,

The Issue: Although our churches contain experienced leaders in the business section, these leaders are often hesitant to apply their experience in their ministries. Called workers in our schools and churches are well-trained for gospel ministry, but often feel lacking when it comes to organizational development, planning, communication, and implementation. As a result, ministry efforts may limp.
The Answer: Great commission Leadership equips your ministry leaders - lay and Called - to lead God's people with the 4-Four-R Model of transformational leadership - relationships, roles, responsibilities, and results.
Results: Lay and Called leaders gain the confidence, skills, and tools to move ministry forward in their roles.
Cohort Based Leadership Coaching
Six month program where each participant will be part of a small cohort for monthly instruction and a monthly personal coaching session.
Issue: Leadership is influence. It is a challenge for leaders to exercise positive influence GIA will help classroom teachers, athletic directors, early childhood directors, principals, and congregational lay leaders optimize these six essential leadership skills in order to seize opportunities to influence those around them:
